Mindfulness I Foundations

Mindfulness I - Foundations

Mindfulness is much more than a trend. Decades of research have shown its benefits for reducing stress, emotional tension and sleep difficulties, while helping us experience life with greater awareness and enjoyment.

Nature naturally invites us to slow down. Gardening, walking through a forest and engaging our senses can bring us into the present moment—but only when we learn to quiet the mental noise that so often gets in the way. This seminar combines mindfulness, meditation and practical exercises in nature to help you find calm, even in a busy life.

Training is given in Dutch but trainers are trilingual and can answer questions in French or English.
