Organic Quince & Apple Juice
Not your ordinary apple juice. Made with an exceptional 50% quince, our organic juice has a beautifully aromatic, slightly tart flavour that balances the natural sweetness of apple.
Across Smissenbroek, we are growing more than 30 apple varieties and 8 quince varieties, both in traditional orchards and as part of our agroforestry systems, where fruit trees grow directly between our crops.
These trees are an integral part of our farming ecosystem: sheep graze and fertilise beneath them, leaves and roots add organic matter to the soil, and their root systems improve water management, helping absorb excess water during wet winters while improving moisture retention during periods of drought. Their blossoms also provide valuable food for pollinators.
More than a harvest, our fruit trees are part of a living agricultural system where trees, crops, animals and soil work together.

Hot Plum Sauce
Made with organic plums and elderberries from Smissenbroek and more than 65 varieties of chilli peppers grown by our neighbour Hans Van Rafelghem. This extraordinary diversity of chillies creates a depth and complexity rarely found in hot sauce—fruity, savoury, fiery and intensely local.
Delicious with rice, eggs, hearty grain salads, roasted vegetables or soft cheeses.
